比赛形式

每队选手以直播的形式同时参加比赛。

每场比赛以选手比赛中获得的最高积分进行排名，同时选手所在队伍获得相应的总分：

• 冠军：2分（避免负分歧义）
• 亚军：1分
• 季军：0分

即使是二人战，双方也按照以上描述得分，不参与队伍算季军。

在复数选手平局的情况，他们获得的总分将在对应的队伍中平分。

世界杯结束时总分最高的队伍获得胜利。

TWCScore

选手成绩将通过TWCScore进行换算。TWCScore是一个用于比较项目内不同机体成绩的分数系统。

选手在规定的比赛时间结束为止打出的最佳成绩用于计算TWCScore。

在避弹项目中，每个机体从其对应的TWCScore开始，每次miss分数相应减半。

对于打分项目，每个机体的TWScore由一个三个参数控制的指数函数组成。该函数用于换算选手在游戏内获得的分数。

推把时间

选手可以在规定的时间内不限次数推把，时间限制根据项目的不同会做出相应的调整。

选手可以在重置“计时器倒计时”之前进行任意次数的积分。

当推把时间结束后，选手当前进行中的游戏仍然可以计算TWCScore，但不能再推把。

比赛规则

避弹项目

避弹项目中，选手需要尽可能地在不使用雷和其他游戏内的特殊机制的前提下存活。5miss之后的通关将不被计算TWCScore。

关于各游戏内的特殊机制：

所有东方Project游戏

雷：任何时候扔雷计作2 miss。

妖妖梦

森罗结界：主动炸结界算作2miss。被动炸结界算作1miss。

永夜抄

LSC：玩家在LSC内中弹、因为没有达到每面的刻符数要求而未能解锁LSC均算作1miss。未击破并全避LSC不算作miss。

花映塚

This category is played under different conditions to all other Survival Categories in TWC. The goal of a player performing a credit in Phantasmagoria of Flower View Lunatic Survival is to maximise the number of remaining lives at the end of the credit. Each Shot Type will be assigned a TWCScore by the TWCScore Rubric according to the number of remaining lives.
TWCScore of this category can be regarded as substituting "7 - the number of remaining lives" for the "the number of misses" in the formula of other Survival Categories in TWC, with the exception that a bonus of [0.02 * the duration (in seconds) of Stage 9 first round] is added at the end of a credit. An additional TWCScore bonus will be applied when there are 7 remaining lives. Any credit that ends with less than 2 lives remaining will always attain a TWCScore of zero.

地灵殿

如果玩家LNN的基础上收取全卡，会获得额外的TWCScore。

星莲船

开碟算1 miss。收碟碎片不影响miss数。

妖精大战争

This category is played under different conditions to all other Survival Categories in TWC. The goal of a player performing a credit in Great Fairy Wars Lunatic Survival is to play through the game on Lunatic difficulty while avoiding all enemy attacks and gaining gold medals from spell cards. Gold medals are attained by capturing spell cards without using Ice Power or a Perfect Freeze. TWCScore increases exponentially by the number of gold medals captured by the player and is lost depending on the number of misses. The parameters of this exponential gain are different for each route. The number of misses in a Great Fairy Wars Lunatic Survival credit does not affect the validity of the credit in any form. However, any otherwise valid credit in a match of Great Fairy Wars Lunatic Survival which ends in a Game Over will always attain a TWCScore of -50.

神灵庙

灵界：手动开灵界计作2 miss。如果玩家LNN的基础上收取全卡，会获得额外的TWCScore。

天空璋

季节释放算2 miss。

鬼形兽

开暴走（吃了3个以上同样的动物灵）算2 miss。开正常hyper不算1 miss。灵击，无论主动还是被动，都算1 miss。

虹龙洞

Only four ability cards are allowed to be equipped, used or activated at any time. These are:

• 财富流至门前来
• Fragmented Life Card
• Fragmented Spell Card
• Ringo-Brand Dango

关底商店中只能购买【财富流至门前来】。

兽王园

Players will incur no penalty for taking a hit with a shield active. Players will also incur no penalty for regenerating their shield by using their gauge.

打分项目

打分项目中，选手需要利用所有游戏提供的机制尽可能地在游戏中获得高分。

关于打分项目的附加规则：

• 与前届TWC不同，选手疮痍时的分数同样可以用于计算TWCScore。
• Players of the Phantasmagoria of Flower View Lunatic Scoring category are not allowed to select Aya or Medicine.
• 鬼形兽与天空璋中爆分的场合，选手的真实分数将被用于计算TWCScore。真实分数可以用爆分修复补丁显示。
• 星莲船中，分数在超过2,147,483,640后无法正常显示。但玩家的真实分数仍然会被游戏记录，并将作为TWCScore的计算依据。
• In Touhou 18, the "Market Manip." option from thprac is allowed for use. However, credits that directly use Market Manipulation are considered invalid. Market Manipulation can be performed both before and during the match. This rule is subject to change depending on dialogue with players.

可使用的游戏修改工具

所有的VPatch都可以使用。

可以在比赛途中使用Thprac进行练习，但实战时不能使用thprac提供的任何功能。

爆分（以及分数bug）补丁。

不能使用汉化版以及各类魔改（包括但不限于BGM，背景，以及立绘）。

其他规则

• 选手必须直播比赛全程，不得遮挡游戏画面以及其现实的任何数值。
• 选手在赛后必须向组委会提交成绩所对应的replay。
• 请不要显示通关时的结局画面。
